Roc City Roller Derby is excited to share that we have new venue for this Spring's home bouts: the Bill Gray's Regional Iceplex! We can't wait until April 13, 2013 and our first official bout in our new home. We hope you'll help us roll out the welcome mat at "Pac Attack!"

The excitement of the Roc City Roller Derby Travel Season is continuing on! 

RCRD will be bringing rougher and tougher opponents, and now is your chance to catch every minute of roller derby action! Season Passes for the extended travel spring season will get you into 5 bouts from February to June. (Dates and Locations TBA). 

Passes will be available for pickup at our first bout February 18th.

The home season, featuring our 3 home teams --The 5-H8-5's, Rottenchesters, and Midtown Maulers--will return in September."

- molded mouth guard
- gear: elbow and knee pads, wrist guards, helmet and skates. 

If you don't have this we have some to share on a first come, first serve basis. After October 2nd we will still be accepting new skaters, just contact us so we can get you involved!

As of September 2011 Roc City Roller Derby is now a Full Member of WFTDA (WOMEN'S FLAT TRACK ROLLER DERBY ASSOCIATION)!

The Women’s Flat Track Derby Association is the governing body for women’s flat track roller derby, and a membership organization for the leagues to collaborate and network. The organization develops and maintains the standardized rules for roller derby, in use by WFTDA member and non-member leagues internationally. The WFTDA also serves as the sanctioning body for flat track roller derby games, hosts regional and national tournaments, sets safety standards, provides roller derby insurance to athletes and leagues, and serves as a networking venue for flat track roller derby leagues to share resources and get advice. There are currently 124 WFTDA member leagues.

Congrats to our neighbors from Ithaca League of Women Rollers and Jersey Shore Roller Girls who were fellow members of our graduating class. Thanks go out to Dutchland Derby Rollers (our mentor league) for helping us get here.
