"Where's your jammer!?"
Kaboom grew up watching roller derby on TV with her dad. When she heard players promoting the first Roc City Roller Derby bout on the radio, she thought, "I want to do that." A good communicator and tough blocker, pushing herself to take the next lap faster keeps her coming back.
Hitting? "It's a stress relief."
Haters tease that 315'ers are hillbillies with half their teeth—Kaboom likes to take her opponents' out instead.
